I designed and run the full funnel for Your Aussie Uncle: an end-to-end system that carries a stranger from an Instagram comment to a tiered course purchase, then keeps moving them up the ladder automatically.
Content and ads run at the top. ManyChat fires the moment someone comments a keyword or follows the Instagram account, turning passive reach into a conversation.
At the very top of the funnel, organic content and ads generate serious reach. Over six months (January to July 2026):
Instagram insights, January to July 2026 (Your Aussie Uncle). Across Instagram and Facebook, the brand added about 93,000 follows in the period.
A solo education brand needed a repeatable way to turn social attention into subscribers, and subscribers into course buyers, without a sales team and without leaking people at every handoff between social, chat, email, and checkout.
It also needed to stop doing the thing that quietly burns trust: pitching people products they have already bought.
A complete funnel that carries a cold viewer all the way to a tiered purchase, with two branches so no lead is wasted. A pre-qualifying question opens the 24-hour Meta messaging window, then ManyChat delivers a lead magnet hosted on Vercel. From there the path splits.
The loop that makes it compound: every purchase on WooCommerce sends a tag to KIT that excludes the buyer from being pitched the same product twice and moves them to the next tier. Post-purchase and abandoned-cart flows run on top. The system gets smarter about each person the longer they stay in it.
Kit email performance, last 90 days: 34,261 sent, 43.90% opened, 6.98% clicked.
One month in Stripe (16 March – 16 April 2026): A$9,662 gross volume, A$9,139.57 net.
